Refund Policy
If for any reason (s) the User’s recharge request is not successful, the User must send fill in the contact us page on the website quoting all relevant details of name of the registered user, primary mail id, contact no, subscriber ID recharged, time & date of recharge, amount of recharge, mode of the payment used and order no, within 7 days of such failure requesting for a refund. Upon receipt of such email request Fastvoipcall.com will process the same and if found in after confirmation, Refund the amount to the user within maximum 10 working days in the same form as the original payment type.
